Users cannot login even if license limit is not reached

Problem: Users cannot login, or a particular user cannot login even though license limit has not been reached.

Cause: The sage50 database is locked

Solution: Restart the pervasive service in services.msc

If problem continues, go to company folder and rename cossess.dat to cossess.dat.old
